Grievance Process

The Grievance Process is for wait listed sailors only. Sailors on the wait list have seven days from the date names are posted on the web to challenge their position on the wait list.   

The affected sailor must submit the grievance him or herself and only one grievance may be submitted. Grievances submitted by any other party will not be accepted.  You will be notified of a decision by email.

Once a grievance is received, a Grievance Committee will make a recommendation to the Chairman of the  Championship Committee who will make the final determination.
