 Note:  The formal clinic on Sunday is for triplehanded teams.  All sailors should make every effort to arrive by 1300 to allow time for rigging and tuning of their chartered boats.   A mandatory skippers meeting/ clinic  for all fleets will be held prior to Gill College Night.  Exact time to be announced.

Attendance at the Awards Ceremony is mandatory.  Early or late arrivals and/or departures must be approved in advance in writing by the national chair.  Housing may not be available August 14th.
